That’s what we set out to help you with when we created our app Get Strong. Our goal is to guide you through this journey and help you keep track of your training.



Get Strong is free to use, with an optional Premium level that adds even more features that help you keep your motivation up.
There is no account or complicated set up. We are not interested in your personal data, and there is no need to fill in page after page of your information. Just download the app and get started immediately!

Who Are We?
We are a two-person team who loves strength training and got tired of bro-ey gym apps with AI buzzwords and pictures of huge muscles. We built a strength training companion app for the rest of us: Get Strong. The interactive muscle map is the part we’re most proud of. It can motive you, help you keep your training balanced, and makes it easy to find the right exercises. We hope you will like what we made!
